2. Scope & acceptance

These Terms apply to visitors and customers. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version.

3. Research-only products

All products are supplied for laboratory research use only. By ordering, you confirm you are able to handle these materials responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws, institutional policies and safety standards, and that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Orders & contract formation

Items in a cart and automated confirmations do not constitute acceptance. A contract forms when we dispatch your order or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may request additional information before acceptance, and may refuse, limit or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. regulatory restrictions, sanctions, risk screening or availability).

5. Pricing, taxes & availability

Prices are shown in EUR for European Union destinations and in GBP for United Kingdom destinations, and may change without notice. The currency you are charged in is the one shown at checkout. Applicable taxes/duties are calculated at checkout where relevant. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors or to cancel and refund prior to dispatch. Availability and shipping windows are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Payment methods

• Card payments on a PCI-compliant hosted checkout (3-D Secure may apply).
• Pay by bank — secure bank transfer / open banking.

Payments are processed by these third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers or bank credentials. Transactions may be screened for fraud, sanctions or compliance. If a transaction is declined or reversed by a provider, please contact the provider or our support for guidance.

7. Shipping, risk & inspection

Our products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and stable at room temperature, so they ship in discreet, protective packaging with tracking — no cold chain required. We ship across the European Union and to the United Kingdom (available destinations and rates are shown at checkout). Delivery windows are estimates. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours, including photos of the item, packaging and shipping label.

8. Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of the products, we accept returns only where items arrive damaged/defective or are incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Where a return is required we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Approved remedies are, at our discretion, replacement or refund to the original payment method. See our Refund & Return Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected where applicable.

9. Product information

Technical data (sequence, molecular weight, purity, storage) is provided for research planning and QC. Minor lot-to-lot or salt-form variation can occur within specification. You are responsible for determining suitability for your protocol and for appropriate validation in your facility. A certificate of analysis is available on each product page.

10. Compliance & restrictions

• No medical use: do not use products in humans or animals, nor for diagnosis, treatment or clinical trials.
• Regulatory & trade controls: comply with applicable laws, including import rules, export controls and sanctions.
• Health & safety: use appropriate PPE, storage, handling and disposal per institutional and legal requirements.

11. Warranties & liability

Products are warranted to conform to our specifications at the time of shipment. Except as expressly stated, products are provided “as is” without other warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or business; our aggregate liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for the products concerned, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Accounts & acceptable use

• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, automated abuse or unlawful activity.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or security risks.

13. Governing law

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers in the EU/EEA may be entitled to bring claims in their country of residence where required by law. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights of consumers in the United Kingdom or the European Union that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
