Accepted payment methods

• Card (Visa / Mastercard) — processed securely on a PCI-compliant hosted checkout; 3-D Secure may be required.
• Pay by bank — secure bank transfer / open banking; choose your bank at checkout.

We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials — payments are handled by licensed, PCI-compliant providers. Transactions may be screened for fraud and compliance.

Shipping

• Free shipping on orders over $150 
• Room temperature: our vials are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and stable at room temperature — no cold chain, ice packs or dry ice required.
• Tracked delivery across the US — the carrier may vary by destination, and a tracking link is always provided once your order ships.
• Coverage: we ship across the United States and orders are priced and charged in US dollars; 

Processing time: orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days Packaging

Discreet, unbranded outer packaging — no references to peptides or research materials on the exterior.

Shipping terms

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address.
• Risk transfers on carrier status “Delivered”.
• Returns due to address errors or refusal may require a new shipping fee to reship.
• Inspect on delivery and report any damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours with photos — see our Refund & Return Policy.

Order cancellations

We cannot guarantee cancellation once payment is made. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.
