Scope

• Order & payment: order details, totals, currency and transaction references. Card and bank details are handled by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers or bank credentials.
• Account data: hashed login credentials, order history, saved addresses, preferences.
• Support: messages, attachments and photos you send us.
• Technical: IP address, device/browser information, cookies and analytics events.
• Marketing: newsletter opt-in status and engagement, where permitted.

Why we collect it (legal bases)

• Provide the site & services (accounts, cart, checkout, fulfilment) — contractual necessity.

• Hosting / CDN / security: Cloudflare and our hosting provider process IP and traffic data for performance and protection.
• Payments: our PCI-compliant card and bank-transfer payment providers process payment details on their own systems and may perform fraud/compliance checks. We receive confirmation references and transaction metadata only.
• Shipping: our fulfilment and carrier partners receive the name, address and contact details needed to deliver your order and provide tracking.
• Email / messaging: our email and automation providers process contact details and engagement metrics if you opt in.

Who we share data with

We share data with the providers above solely to operate our site, process orders, deliver communications and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, property and safety.

Retention

• Accounts & orders: while your account is active and as required for tax/accounting (typically up to 6 years where applicable).
• Support tickets: normally 24 months after closure unless needed for disputes/compliance.
• Analytics: per provider settings, or aggregated sooner.

Your rights

Under US (and similar laws) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing relies on consent you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise your rights, email privacy@therapeptides.net ; we may need to verify your identity. US sidents may also complain to their local data authority.

International transfers & security

Where personal data is transferred outside the US we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses). We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; keep your account credentials confidential.

Children & research-use notice

Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Products are sold for laboratory research only — please do not submit health information related to human application; such data will be deleted.
